The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for prepping meals together, with a table that seats three and two barstools just off the kitchen counter. Towards the back of the house, a peaceful office overlooks the backyard palm trees and landscaping, and this room also houses the washer/dryer in the attached closet. Step onto a spacious patio with a luxury pool, hot tub, outdoor dinner table, umbrella, chic hammock, grill, and outdoor games, all surrounded by tropical landscaping. The driveway includes parking for two vehicles, and there is additional free street parking in front of the property. Pet friendly, up to a maximum of two, with a fee of $100 for each pet.
