Any guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $20 per night. Parties, smoking, loud music, or disturbances are not allowed, and any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security being summoned, and police involvement. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm.
