This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building. Please note that like many Boston apartments, this unit faces buildings across the street. Any guest entering the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $20 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances. Any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled, with security and police involvement. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints requiring intervention. Quiet hours are after 10pm. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. Dishes will be cleaned and left to dry or left clean in the dishwasher. All trash is to be collected and bagged and left in the kitchen. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Do not wear shoes in the house. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine plus damages.
