There is a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The brand-newly renovated bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door. Quiet hours are after 10pm. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
