Located in an ideal area, this home is minutes away from the Historic Downtown Mount Dora. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $300 fine for violation. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $300 fine, plus any additional cleaning fees or damage costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation will incur a $300 fine per pet.
