Seeking Female Roommate for Fabulous, Sunny Apartment!!! I'm looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease ($1,500) in a wonderful apartment in the West End (Staniford Street). You would have your own room/and bathroom (pics attached!) The layout is ideal because you're on one side of the unit and the other person is across the living room so there is plenty of privacy. I've really enjoyed living here, the apartment is spacious, updated, and has plenty of light. You can't beat the location---- one block from TD Garden, a quick walk to several T stops (North Station/Haymarket/Government Center (orange and green lines) Bowdoin (blue line) and MGH (red line). There are plenty of bars and food options in the area including the newly opened HUB which includes a grocery store (Star Market), movie theater, and more. It's also a 10 minute walk to both the North End and Beacon Hill. Everything you would need is within walking distance! The building is professionally managed with a concierge for packages. There is shared laundry with multiple washers and dryers on the 1st floor (coins or credit card). The room is available May 15th! You would sublet the room from May 15th-August 31st with an option to renew for 12 months. To move in: First and last months’ rent: $1500 x 2 = $3000 Monthly utilities: $50 each (this includes electricity/internet). Heat & water are included with monthly rent. *If you have a car, you may be able to lease a spot in the attached garage or if you get a West End resident sticker you can park for free. A little about who you'll be living with: 29yo female graduate student/nanny. She stays busy and isn't home a lot. She's friendly and pretty relaxed, as long as the common space stays clean. She is looking for a woman between the ages of 25-35 who is laid back, pays the bills on time, and may even want to grab a drink/hang out from time to time. Look forward to hearing from you!
