We have started a waitlist for these highly sought-after studio apartments, located just steps from the Green Line train and only half a mile from the Longwood Medical Area. This is truly an unbeatable location!
Several studios will be available soon, with rents ranging from $1,550 to $2,100. We are currently in the process of confirming which tenants will be renewing and which units will be opening up. If you are interested, text or email now to secure a spot on the waitlist. You will be notified the moment a unit becomes available.
Most units will be available for September 1, 2026, though a few may become available earlier. **If you need a unit sooner, we can note that on the waitlist, but usually only one or two units a year end up available earlier.
Applicants must have **excellent credit, a co-signer, or be here on a visa.** The management is particular about credit scores, but if you are on a visa, you are eligible to rent even without U.S. credit history. *NO PETS (Service animals and ESA are not “pets”)
Move-in costs include first month’s rent, last month’s rent, a refundable security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent), and a broker fee (equivalent to one month’s rent). These costs are **non-negotiable**, but a **payment plan may be possible** ALL funds must be received prior to receiving keys.
These are some of the most affordable and well-maintained studios in the area. The property is clean, professionally managed, and ideally located on the Green Line (E-Train) and #39 Bus, providing easy access to the entire city. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
Please note that these units are for **single occupancy only** and **no pets are allowed.**
If you are interested, reach out now to get on the waitlist. These studios do not stay on the market for long!
Please note: These units are listed as an open listing. The property management company has NOT hired me exclusively. I get a heads up when they are about to release them, I rent them fast so I create a waitlist every year!
Let’s talk about South Huntington Avenue — the MVP of Jamaica Plain. This street is buzzing with life, ridiculously well-connected, and full of everything you actually want near your front door. Want a spot where you can roll out of bed and be downtown in minutes? Done. Need to be near Longwood, a handful of top-tier hospitals, or one of a dozen universities? Check, check, and check.
The building itself doesn’t do drama. It’s clean, quiet, and managed by folks who get stuff done. If youre a responsible adult who enjoys peace, privacy, and knowing the heat actually works, this place will feel like a breath of fresh air. No party animals, no pets, and definitely no “I’ll pay you next week” energy allowed. Just solid, respectful vibes.
Commuting is a dream. The E Line glides right down South Huntington, with stops like Riverway and Brookline Village just steps away. Youve also got buses galore — the 39, 14, 60, 66, and 47 — meaning whether youre headed to class, the hospital, or happy hour, youre covered.
When you’re not commuting, you’re probably enjoying Jamaica Pond, grabbing a sandwich from a local café, or running into friends in one of the areas many parks or patios. This neighborhood is where health professionals, students, and creatives come together — and somehow all seem to get along.
Bottom line? If you want to live in one of the most dynamic and transit-rich pockets of the city without setting your bank account on fire,..
